To claim a Rewards Product, simply add the item(s) into your cart and apply your code at checkout. Please note you will need to pay for postage if claiming a reward product on its own.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

Points cannot be transferred.

Past orders cannot be redeemed.

Items claimed via Rewards cannot be returned.

Receive 100 points and get a $10 gift card. Minimum amount of points to redeem is 200 points, max points to redeem is 800 per customer.

Reward items MUST be applied prior to payment being made. We aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible, so once your order has been placed, our customer support team is unable to make any changes to your order.

Terms and conditions

The currency in which Rewards are earned will be in AUD. All rewards issued will also be in AUD.
Reward(s) will be loaded into the Members account after an online order has been completed. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise indicated.
Spend is calculated on dollars spent by the customers with the brand after all discounts, refunds and redemptions have been taken into account and excludes online shipping fees and gift card purchases.
Points are non-transferable, nonredeemable for cash, are non-refundable and are not valid outside of echt.com.au. Purchases made outside echt.com.au are not valid for point accrual (this includes, but is not limited to Facebook resell groups, eBay, Amazon, events, and retail locations).
Only purchases made after November 1st 2018 are counted towards your Reward points.
Points will expire after 12 months. All points commence from 3 August 2023.
Refunds: If a customer wishes to refund a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, ECHT will process the return and forfeit any loyalty points earned on the initial transaction purchase.
ECHT reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion including without limitation Rewards awarded in error or Rewards earned fraudulently. Any modification to the Rewards Terms and Conditions may be applied to a member retrospectively.
The Terms and Conditions of our Rewards Program are subject to change at ECHT’s sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon customer’s at-will termination of their ECHT registered account, or if a customer is termination for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this Site, all points will immediately be forfeited and will no longer be redeemable. ECHT will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all 1. registered and 2. Qualifying ECHT Customers but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.
