How do I redeem?

To access and redeem your Rewards. Please visit https://echt.com.au/pages/echt-rewards/#smile-home

To claim a Rewards Product, simply add the item(s) into your cart and apply your code at checkout. Rewards products cannot be redeemed on their own and can only be added to your next order


Do you still have different tiers?

You will no longer need to reach a tier. Rewards can now be claimed at any time once you have accumulated sufficient points to redeem your desired Reward.


What if I have reached Gold previously?

In our previous Rewards system, Gold was the last tier that you could reach in order to claim a Reward. It is now an ongoing system, where the more you spend, the more points you will accumulate.

If you have reached Gold previously, your points will be reset so that you can continue accumulating points and benefiting from your loyalty to ECHT!


Can I transfer my points from another account or add orders checked out as a guest?

Unfortunately points are strictly nontransferable and orders checked out as a guest cannot be accounted for.


Do past orders count?

Only orders placed with an account on echt.com.au following the 1st November 2018 will qualify for points.

Terms and Conditions

The currency in which Rewards are earned will be in AUD. All rewards issued will also be in AUD

Rewards products cannot be redeemed on their own. Rewards products cannot be returned or exchanged

Reward(s) will be loaded into the members account after an online order has been completed. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise indicated.

Spend is calculated on dollars spent by the customers with the brand after all discounts, refunds and redemptions have been taken into account and excludes online shipping fees and gift card purchases.

Points are nontransferable, nonredeemable for cash, are nonrefundable and are not valid outside of echt.com.au. Purchases made outside of echt.com.au are not valid for point accrual (this includes, but is not limited to Facebook resell groups, eBay, Amazon, events, and retail locations).

Only purchases made after November 1st 2018 with an account on echt.com.au are counted towards your Rewards points. Any accounts that have claimed Gold Tier (from previous Rewards system) will have their points reset.

If a customer wishes to refund a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, ECHT will process the return and forfeit any loyalty points earned on the initial transaction purchase.

ECHT reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion including without limitation Rewards awarded in error or Rewards earned fraudulently. Any modification to the Rewards Terms and Conditions may be applied to a member retrospectively.

The Terms and Conditions of our Rewards Program are subject to change at ECHT's sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon customer's at-will termination of their ECHT registered account, or if a customer is termination for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this site, all points will immediately be forfeited and will no longer be redeemable. ECHT will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all 1. registered and 2. qualifying ECHT customers but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.
