How do I join Team Echt?
Membership is free. Open My Rewards to create an account or sign in, then start earning points and working towards your next tier.
How do I qualify for a VIP box?
Reach the annual spend threshold for your tier: spend $300 AUD for a Bronze VIP box valued at $50, $600 for Silver valued at $100, $1,200 for Gold valued at $300, or $2,500 for Diamond valued at $600. VIP boxes are coming soon.
Does it have to be one order?
No. Your qualifying spend adds up across the year, so you can reach a tier over multiple purchases.
How many VIP boxes do I receive?
Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond members qualify for one VIP box per year, in addition to their birthday gift. Your VIP box is based on your qualifying tier; it is not a separate box for every order or every tier you pass.
What is inside a VIP box?
Exclusive Team Echt products from a members-only range that cannot be bought at retail. Box contents will be revealed closer to launch.
When and how can I claim my VIP box?
VIP boxes are coming soon. We’ll share availability and claiming instructions at launch.
What does the Member tier include?
Member includes earning points, a birthday gift, early access to new releases and streamlined customer service. Annual VIP boxes start at Bronze, with $300 AUD in qualifying annual spend.
How are tiers different from points?
Your tier is based on annual spend: Member $0–299, Bronze $300–599, Silver $600–1,199, Gold $1,200–2,499 and Diamond $2,500+. You also earn 1 point per $1 of eligible spend. Your points balance is tracked separately from your annual spend.
What is the qualifying period?
The program uses a calendar-year qualification period. For the initial launch, qualifying activity is counted from 1 July 2026.
Is a birthday gift included?
Yes. Every tier includes a birthday gift. For Bronze and above, this is in addition to the annual VIP box. Check My Rewards for birthday gift details and conditions.
Where can I see my points?
Open My Rewards to see your points balance and your progress to the next tier.
How do referrals work?
Refer through My Rewards. You receive 50 points for a qualifying referral, and your friend receives $15 off an order of at least $50 AUD. See My Rewards for the offer conditions.
