ECHT OFFERS A HASSLE-FREE RETURNS POLICY

Why do you want to return the item?

1. CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE

Items purchased from ECHT can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange or receive Credit on your product within 30 days.

Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging

Please choose carefully - once your order is placed we are unable to modify/cancel the order

SALE ITEMS

Under our Change of Mind policy, all items purchased on sale can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit (unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law).

2. EXCHANGE

All Items can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of delivery (excluding USA - where a store credit will be issued)

If the requested exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically issued a store credit for the item. This will be in the form of a Gift Card via email

3. FAULTY ITEM/INCORRECT ITEM

Please contact us immediately via https://echt.com.au/pages/contact-us and include a photo of the fault or incorrect item

Our customer care team will contact you and we will either replace, refund, exchange or credit depending on the circumstances

 Please do not return any incorrect or damaged goods before getting in touch with our customer care team through our contact page.

 

To Return an Item

Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM  (USA only)

1. Start by completing our returns Returns Form

     To ensure that your return is processed correctly, please make sure to print out the return form and place it inside the parcel with your items. 
 
      If you cannot print the form, please include a handwritten note with the required information just like our returns form and pop it inside!
 

2. Log into our RETURNS PORTAL (USA)  

     One return label per order only. 

     Please disregard information and instructions shown on portal page. Please continue to follow the steps on this page.

3. Download and print the returns label and attach it to the items you are returning.

4. Drop off your return package in any of the following USA mail locations:

5. Once we receive your return, we will be in contact to process your request.

6. The fee of $15USD will be deducted from your refund or store credit when your return parcel has been processed by our team.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM 

1. Download a return form here 

If you are unable to print the form, include a handwritten note containing all details in the returns form above

Order number (not your AfterPay order number): You can find your order number through your order confirmation email

2. Please fill in the form and prepare your parcel. If you do not include a form or a note we will be unable to identify your return 

3. Ship the item back to us (Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us)

4. Please keep your tracking number/receipt. You will be notified by email once your returns have been processed.
